As we start a new year, many of us have resolved to get off to a healthy and happy start to 2015. We are lucky in 1066 country to have beautiful countryside to get out and about in – whether it’s for a brisk woodland walk, a hearty seafront jog or an invigorating kayak on the sea. There are also lots of health and fitness venues and professionals who are keen to help us on our way to improving our health and general wellbeing.
Our best motivations can go awry though, if we don’t find activities that we enjoy and that fit in with the time we have available and our lifestyle in general. With that in mind, we have compiled a directory of activities and providers who are keen to help you achieve your personal fitness goal – whether it is to lose weight, get fit or to improve your health and fitness generally.
The information in the directory is correct at the time of going to press, but we recommend doing your own research to check whether there has been any changes.
